Online Payments:
Pay your bill online using a credit or debit card, and enroll in autopay.
How To:

Create a New User Account using your Full name as it appears on your bill. You will need your account number as well. Your Email will be your login ID.

Customers must have paid one bill successfully before being eligible for autopay.
To pay your bill by mail, please us the payment stub provided. Checks and money orders can be made out to Madison County Water Dept and mailed to:

Office hours are currently 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM, M-F. A drop-off box is located at the front of the building and are available for after-hours payments.
